How much does plastic surgery cost in the Ann Arbor area? As you plan your plastic surgery transformation, understanding pricing is an important step. While costs should never be the deciding factor in the decisions you make about your body, having a good idea of the costs you can expect keeps you empowered and informed during your aesthetic journey.
Board-certified plastic surgeon Dr. Daniel Sherick and board-eligible plastic surgeon Dr. Galina Primeau customize every procedure to address your unique concerns and achieve your individual goals. Because of this, consulting with a surgeon one-on-one is the best way to receive a detailed and personalized pricing estimate. To give you an overview, however, we have compiled general pricing information for our most popular plastic surgery procedures.
*All prices are subject to change.
**These prices are based on procedures performed in our state-of-the-art, fully accredited on-site surgical suite. For patient safety, individuals with a BMI over 35, a latex allergy, or a history of sleep apnea may require surgery to be performed at the hospital, where facility and anesthesia costs are higher. In some cases, a sleep study may be recommended or required to evaluate for obstructive sleep apnea prior to surgery.
*** We charge a consultation fee of $125 for in-person and virtual consultations with our surgeons. This fee is applied towards the cost of surgery if the patient proceeds with surgery or can be applied towards a service in the Medspa if they choose not to have surgery (must be used within 90 days of consult).
Cash discount (when spending $1000 or more for surgery, InMode BodyTite or Morpheus8).

Plastic surgery procedures are typically considered elective cosmetic procedures and are not covered by medical insurance.
While we no longer participate with insurance, we do offer a self-pay option to give patients the opportunity to receive insurance benefits for medically necessary procedures. With the self-pay option, patients have their procedures performed in the hospital by our physicians. Patients pay upfront for physician fees and are responsible for initiating the reimbursement request with their insurance company. If you have questions or would like to explore this option, please call us at (734) 712-2323.
We’re proud to offer flexible financing options through Allē Payment Plans, CareCredit and PatientFi, making it easier to get the treatments you want, when you want them. With quick approval processes and convenient monthly payment plans, you can choose the option that best fits your budget and lifestyle.
Please note: your surgical deposit and the cost of anesthesia cannot be financed.
