Botox Bank: A Great Way to Save

What is Botox Bank?

Botox Bank gives you the opportunity to purchase Botox units at a discounted rate and use them over time, as needed.

At Center for Plastic Surgery Ann Arbor, you can purchase 100 units of Botox for $11 per unit, saving $2 per unit compared with our regular pricing.

How does it work?

Purchase 100 units of Botox for $1,100, saving $200. Your units are placed in your Botox Bank and deducted as you use them at future appointments.

For example, if you use 40 units at your first appointment, you’ll have 60 units remaining in your Botox Bank for a future treatment.

Your Botox Bank units are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any unused units remaining after one year will be forfeited.

What are the benefits?

Cost savings: Lock in Botox at a discounted rate and save $2 per unit.
Price protection: Once you purchase your units, you’ve locked in that price. If our regular Botox pricing increases, you won’t pay additional costs for the units already in your bank.

Can I purchase units in different increments? Botox Bank units are currently available in 100-unit increments.

Can I earn Allē rewards on Botox Bank purchases? Unfortunately you cannot earn Allē rewards on Botox Bank purchases at this time.

Can I finance my Botox Bank purchase? Yes! Subject to approval, you can use Allē Payment Plans by Cherry to spread your purchase over multiple payments.

Can I use my Birthday Discount on a Botox Bank purchase? No, you cannot use your Birthday Discount on Botox Bank purchases because Botox Bank units are already discounted.

Can I share some of my Botox units with a friend? No. Botox Bank units are non-transferable and can only be used by the patient who purchased them.

Can I redeem my Botox units with Dr. Sherick or Dr. Primeau? No. Botox Bank units can only be redeemed for Botox treatments performed by our PA and nurse injectors. Botox Bank pricing does not apply to Botox treatments performed by our physicians.

When do my Botox Bank units expire? Botox Bank units expire one year from the date of purchase. Any unused units remaining after the expiration date will be forfeited.

Is there a limit to how many units I can purchase? There is no limit to the number of Botox Bank units you can purchase, as long as they are purchased in 100-unit increments. Keep in mind that each purchase expires one year from its purchase date.

Can I receive a refund for any units I don’t use? No. Botox Bank purchases are non-refundable. Any unused units remaining after one year will be forfeited.
