Laser Skin Resurfacing Before & After Case 458

This patient, 73 years old, came to us with concerns about deep lines and wrinkles, uneven skin texture, and skin laxity across the face. The treatment combined three laser modalities, TRL, MLP, and Profrac, performed by Julie and Chaeli at our medspa. Botox was administered once, two weeks before the laser session, to the crow's feet area and forehead.

The before photos show pronounced wrinkling across the cheeks, lower face, and periorbital area, along with irregular surface texture and visible pigment variation. In the after photos, the depth and density of lines across the cheeks and under-eye area appear notably reduced, and the skin surface looks smoother and more even in tone.
