This patient visited us seeking subtle facial enhancement while maintaining her natural look. Her main goals were to add contour to her cheeks and jawline, enhance her chin, and refine her lip shape for better symmetry. She also wanted to address some fine lines using Botox. After a thorough consultation, we moved forward with a personalized Dermal Fillers in Ann Arbor treatment plan.

We performed the procedure using a gentle approach. One syringe of Juvederm Voluma was placed in her cheeks, and another syringe of Juvederm Volux defined her jawline. A smaller amount of Voluma was carefully added to the chin. Her lips were enhanced with Volbella—0.25 ml in the top and 0.45 ml in the bottom lip—to achieve a balanced, natural-looking shape. We also administered 64 units of Botox. A cannula technique allowed for precise filler placement in her cheeks and jawline with excellent patient comfort.

She tolerated the entire procedure very well. There was no significant bruising, and she reported no pain during or after her visit. The results highlight a refreshed, harmonious appearance that achieved her original goals.
