This patient came to us interested in subtle, natural-looking facial rejuvenation. She wanted to soften animation lines around her eyes and forehead, as well as gently restore balanced volume to her cheeks, jawline, and lips. Through her consultation, we identified a personalized treatment plan using BOTOX® Cosmetic & Dysport® in Ann Arbor, combined with carefully placed dermal fillers.

Her experience included 20 units of BOTOX® in the glabella, 24 units in the crow’s feet, 4 units in the lateral brow, and 16 in the forehead. To enhance structure and contour, she also received one syringe of Juvederm Voluma in the cheeks, one syringe of Juvederm Volux in the jawline, and a smaller amount of Voluma in the chin. We refined her lip shape and symmetry with .25 ml Volbella in the top lip and .45 in the bottom.

Following the procedure, she noted that treatment was comfortable, with minimal downtime. Her results show a refreshed, smooth appearance of the upper face, along with a more defined but soft lower face contour. She was pleased that her facial expressions remained natural, and appreciated the youthful balance restored across her features.
