This 59-year-old woman expressed frustration about sagging in her neck and visible marionette lines around her chin. She had already invested in her skin quality with Morpheus8 and broadband light laser treatments, so we focused on addressing deeper tissue support and restoring volume.

During her SMAS facelift, we carefully repositioned the underlying facial structures to lift and smooth the lower face and neck. To further enhance her results, we used 17 ccs of fat harvested from her abdomen and gently placed it in her cheeks and along the nasolabial folds. She noticed improvement in fullness and smoother contour, and shared that she feels renewed confidence with the changes.
