Dr. Primeau’s Personal Philosophy Toward Surgery

As a mom of three, I bring more than surgical skill to the table – I bring lived experience. I know what it’s like to look in the mirror and wonder what it would feel like to change something. That personal lens shapes how I care for every patient. I don’t walk into the room with a pre-determined idea of what procedure I will recommend. Instead, I take the time to understand your goals – what you want to restore, refine, or reclaim. Then, together, we talk through the options. My job is to listen first, then offer you the most thoughtful path to the result you envision.

I believe the best plastic surgery result doesn’t announce itself. It just looks like you. My goal is to help you feel confident and whole, while maintaining your authentic self. You deserve care that is precise, personal, and never one-size-fits-all.
