I have more good things to say about this establishment than space to say them! Dr. Primeau and her nurse Raina gave me the most comfortable experience, I was not in pain at all. I arrived not super calm innitially but Raina, my Nurse, came to greet me and I was instantly at ease, her energy was mothering and her absoulte attention to my nerves was everything. Dr. Primeau was gental and mindful of my emotions and my reasoning for even getting the surgery in the first place. Everyone in the building was warm and well versed in how emotions play a major role in this surgical experience. I walked in scared at 630 am and walked out happy and calm and feeling no pain around 1pm, like I just had a day at the spa, but I had gotten a Breast Augmentation! I couldnt have found a better Dr! This practice is full of caring people, Highly Recommend!

Dr Primeau preformed an almost entirely pain free surgery on me. I had my breast implants removed and replaced with larger implants. I also asked her to reshape them, which meant she needed to extend my "footprint", meaning pain was to be expected post operation. I was nervous prior to surgery imagining recovery to be extremely painful and it's really hard to believe, even for me, but I'm not in pain, and I haven't been. The OR was pleasant and I woke up without pain. I was tender at first and it's still not easy to move around yet but there is not any pressure or pain in my breasts. I would recommend her to anyone nervous about this procedure. Wonderful Dr. with a Fabulous Staff and a gentle touch.

Competent staff that is available 24 hours a day for any questions. Customer service is top-notch and unbeatable. I would go back to them time and time again and actually I do.
